Working with Foundry

A Reflection on Our Partnership with the Newly Acquired Varsity Properties

As we look back on another busy year, we are proud to have once again worked alongside Foundry, formerly known as Varsity Properties, in supporting the students at Durham College. Foundry recently acquired Varsity Properties, marking a new chapter for the company, and we are thrilled to continue our partnership with them.

This year, our teams worked diligently to ensure a smooth transition for students moving in and out of their housing units. It was a pleasure to work with Denis, who has trusted us with the job for two years in a row. He stayed ahead of us, ensuring that each property was ready for painters.

We are grateful for the opportunity to serve the Durham College community and look forward to many more years of working with Foundry. It has been a privilege to be a part of their mission to provide high-quality housing and support services to students.
