We set up a designated site for our tools, cover the surfaces that need protection, carefully inspect and prepare the work surface, and mask key areas for clean sharp lines. Only then do we begin painting.

A clean and precise paint job is our standard, and knowing that preparation is the most important part of the job is how we meet that standard.

We carefully move all the furniture away from the walls and cover the floor with our drop sheets. We also mask the edge of the floor with masking tape for further protection from paint drips or overspray. In cases where the work is extensive we completely cover hardwood floors with thick paper.

We carefully move all the furniture away from the walls far enough away from our roller's overspray. If the ceiling is being painted we will also cover the furniture in plastic to protect your valuables.

Paintings & Decorations

We carefully take down all paintings, pictures and decorations on the walls and furniture and move them to a safe location where they cannot be knocked over or damaged.

Paths & Surfaces

Like the floors inside we cover any paths or surfaces we are working above with drop sheets to catch any drips or overspray.

Roof Shingles

When working around a roof we use drop sheets to protect large areas and masking tape for the details. However, sometimes we are unable to do this because the drop sheets make the roof slippery to walk on, in this case we just take extra care with our painting.

We tie back any plants that might get damaged by our ladders and carefully work around the fragile ones.
